10 Museums, 5 cities, 1 common vision: To make art more inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities!

The successful project Meeting Points by Off Stream returns in 2025 with new partner museums and new artworks, continuing to explore the relationship between art, inclusion, and participatory creation.

From 18 May to 16 October 2025, ten museums in five Greek cities will become “meeting points,” opening their spaces to audiences with and without disabilities.

The National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST), Gerovassiliou Wine Museum, Cultural Foundation of the National Bank of Greece, Kostas Tsoklis Museum, Tinian Culture Foundation, Heraklion Municipal Art Gallery, Museum of the Macedonian Struggle and Modern History of Macedonia, Larissa Municipal Art Gallery – G. I. Katsigras Museum, Alekos Fassianos Museum, and the B & M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts and Music will participate in this year’s project and host a public action in their spaces.

Off Stream invites the public to gather at each museum around a selected exhibit, to discover its features, learn the history of its creator, and compose—through a participatory process—its creative description.

The creative descriptions that emerge from the public actions of Meeting Points, curated by Off Stream, will form the basis for a series of inclusive postcards, which will be available at the shops of the partner museums.

The public actions, each lasting 75 minutes, are equally addressed to adults with and without sensory impairments (Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, and partially sighted individuals), offering simultaneous interpretation in Greek Sign Language and tactile stimuli.

Meeting Points is a project by Off Stream, implemented in collaboration with 10 museums across Greece, supported by the Ioannis S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation and kindly sponsored by Alumil.
