Creative Workshops
The Creative Workshops at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle give the signal for play, joy, crea-tion! The aim of the workshops is for children to discover the art, culture and especially the cultural heritage of Macedonia in an experiential and entertaining way. At the same time, children have the opportunity to visit the Museum’s permanent collection and temporary exhibitions, and get to know Macedonian society in the 19th and 20th centuries through an exciting “dialogue” with the exhibits and interactive games of observation and exploration.
Theatrical and folkloric activities, artistic constructions, music-kinetic games, narratives and creative writing, graphic narratives, sketching and comics are just some of the activities that the children can participate in during the workshops.
The topics of the workshops can vary depending on the season and the holiday calendar, and they are announced on separate dates each time.
Art – History – Literature – Culture
In the experiential workshops, children have the opportunity to create in an integrated and attractive cultural environment, where:
- they can develop artistic, communication and digital skills;
- they can improve their speaking and/or writing skills, as well as their creative thinking;
- they can expand their imagination;
- they can strengthen their emotional world;
… and make new friends, who will present their own original artistic and literary works to the public!
Each experiential workshop can accommodate up to 20 children; the priority order is strictly observed in terms of signing up for participation.
