With the central thematic axis of the creative acquaintance of local history through Art, Literature, Technology and Green Education, in accordance with the European Union’s proposals for the sustainability of teachers and students, the Foundation of the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle and Modern History of Macedonia continues its activities with experiential workshops for kindergarten and primary school children!

On Wednesday at noon, in the “Alexandros Haitoglou” hall, parents and friends of the Museum watched the theatrical performance by the children who participated in the Easter interactive workshops entitled “Spring and Lilac… Nature wakes up!”.

Environmental walks, experiments with colors and painting techniques, getting to know the Macedonian Easter customs, constructions, digital applications and creative writing games, kept the children’s interest undiminished for three days, composing an interactive educational programme of entertainment and environmental awareness.

We would like to thank all the parents for their great participation and interest, the children for their wonderful ideas and creations and all the Museum’s collaborators who participated in the programme. For the use of the courtyard and our excellent cooperation, we are especially grateful to the Director of the 43rd Primary School, Mrs. Despina Seremeti.

Special, warm thanks for the continuous support to the work of the Foundation and the offer of their products for the children’s breakfast to the companies Koukaki Farm and Macedonian Halva. Happy Resurrection and Happy Easter with health and prosperity!
