Welcoming of the president of the parliamentary opposition K. Mitsotakis at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle<\/span><\/p>\n

The President of the New Democracy Kyriakos Mitsotakis was welcomed at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle, on Friday, September 15, 2017, by the President Nikolaos Margaropoulos, the Director Vasilios Nikoltsios and the members of the Board of Directors of the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr Mitsotakis visited the Museum as part of his visit to Thessaloniki for the 82nd HELEXPO and was guided by Vasilis Gounaris, Vice President of IMMA, to the permanent exhibition of the Museum and to the temporary exhibition “Greece – Serbia: 150 years of struggles for European Balkans”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Afterwards, the president of the parliamentary opposition was informed by the board of directors about the matters that concern the Museum, while the need for support from the state for the multifaceted scientific and educational work carried out was expressed.<\/span><\/p>\n
