Struggle and Modern History of Macedonia (IMMA),<\/strong> as part of their participation in the <strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"325\">21st Thessaloniki International Book Fair<\/strong>, are organizing a presentation of the publication <strong data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"426\"><em data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"424\">Macedonia in the Greek Parliament, 1897\u20131989<\/em><\/strong>, on <strong data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"467\">Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 19:00<\/strong>, at <strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"500\">Logos Hall (Pavilion 12)<\/strong> in the <strong data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"570\">TIF-HELEXPO International Exhibition and Conference Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"1468\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The trajectory of the Macedonian Question, as a privileged and \u201csensitive\u201d topic in Greek political discourse, contains numerous chapters and sub-chapters that go beyond the realm of diplomatic history in public memory. It also concerns the broader perception of Macedonia as a region with distinct characteristics, challenges, and a population that calls for a different\u2014if not special\u2014approach by the national center. This discussion has been carried out through all kinds of publications and the press, but its core has always been the <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1132\">Greek Parliament<\/strong>. There, through the speeches of MPs and ministers\u2014especially those who, after 1912, represented Macedonian electoral districts\u2014the evolving significance of Macedonia as a symbol is revealed, along with the strategies used to manage its image and problems as a Greek province, depending on the political needs and discourse of each era.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1483\"><strong data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1483\">Speakers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1812\">\u2013 <strong data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1510\">Vasilis K.
